Vengeance is mine saith the Lord
“THE POWER OF THE ELECT “ (2)
“And will not (our just) God defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night? Will He defer them and delay help on their behalf”? (Luke 18:7 AMP)
Meet you today in your continued Election Power; as you continue to make your election sure through your prayer, faith and supplication. I know you have seen the working power of God, bless you on every hand. How sweet it is to be loved by God; that He would fight our battles and enemies, even those in-a-me. “Also, (Jesus) told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up).” (Luke 18:1 AMP)
God is saying in Luke 18: 1-8 DON’T GIVE INTO: Doubt, Worry, Fear, Unbelief, Discouragement, Procrastination or whatever enemy seems to stand in your way of reaching the high calling of God. He is calling you from unbelief to the high call of believing as the woman did here in this periscope. The woman had a platform as all of the Elect of God should. The woman’s platform was determination, perseverance, and belief that her God would soften the Judge’s heart. “Yet because this widow continues to bother me, I will defend and protect and avenge her, lest she give me intolerable annoyance and wear me out by her continual coming or at the last she come and rail on me or assault me or strangle me.” (Luke 18:5 AMP)
To walk in the Power of the Elect you must have a platform; something to stand on, and something to prop you up on every leaning side. Something that will give you power to know that the enemy may say NO but my platform tells me that God is saying YES!
“Then the Lord said, listen to what the unjust judge says! And will not (our just) God defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night? Will He defer them and delay help on their behalf? I tell you, He will defend and protect and avenge them SPEEDILY. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find (persistence in) faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:6-8 AMP)
Job had a platform to stand on as the Elect of God even though he had temporary amnesia and questioned God; it says in Job 41:1- “Then Job said to the Lord, I know that You can do all things, and that no thought or purpose of Your can be restrained or thwarted. You said to me Who is this that darkness and obscures counsel (by words) without knowledge? Therefore (I now see) I have (rashly) uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. (I had virtually said to You what You have said to me Hear, I beseech You, and I will speak; I will demand of You and You declare to me. I had only heard of You only by the hearing of the ear, but now my spiritual eye sees You.”
The Elect of God have to stay in the Power of Election and stand on the strongest PLATFORM THAT IS AND SHALL EVER BE; as Job realized: that is to STAND IN THE SUPERNATUAL MOVE OF GOD. “Not by might and not by power, but by My Spirit ( God’s Spirit of Whom the oil is a symbol), says the Lord of hosts. For who are you, O great mountain (of human obstacles)? Before Zerubbabel (who with Joshua had led the return of the exiles from ‘Babylon and was undertaking the rebuilding of the temple, before him) you shall become a plain (a mere molehill)! And he shall bring forth the finishing gable stone of the new temple) with loud shouting’s of the people, crying Grace, grace to it!” (Zechariah 4:6.7 AMP) Stand in you Election Power: The Power and Might of God; I have planned, ordained and promised to make your Election sure.
